Good Attendance

There are no legal requirements for children to attend an Early Years setting but at Munchkins we strongly believe that good attendance is extremely important to allow your child to become settled, to form secure and strong attachments to staff and their peers, and to take full advantage of the learning and development opportunities offered to them here at Munchkins. 

Good attendance and punctuality promotes wellbeing and good outcomes for children both in Early Years and in later life. When children miss nursery, they not only miss out on the wonderful opportunities and experiences available to them, but they also miss out on vital learning and fun time.  

Please help us to achieve good attendance at Munchkins.

Please contact the office if your child is going to be absent for any reason. If your child misses a session without notice we will call to query why.

All fees are non-refundable or transferable except where at least two weeks notice has been given.
